For all orders within New Zealand:

We have a FREE shipping policy to all New Zealand
There is an additional $3.50 fee for Rural Delivery.

We offer FREE delivery If you need to request an exchange; we will gladly cover the cost of the delivery of your replacement product in case you need to change size while you will need to cover the delivery to us. The exchange will be for the same item (different size); if you want to change model then you will need to ask for a refund and buy a new piece. In case the swimsuit you chose is not in the size you want to make the change, you will still need to ask for a refund and buy a new item.**

All NZ orders are couriered, trackable and should arrive within 3-5 working days.

 **Conditions apply: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging including our Adhesive Protective Try On Stickers labels for Hygienic purposes. We kindly ask to try your pieces on using your underwear. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We follow standard swimwear care instructions that most every swimwear brand recommends. For optimal care and longevity, hand-wash your suit & hang dry after every use.
